Highgrove House Hotel could not be better situated for business people and golfers alike. Situated just outside the holiday town of Troon, Ayrshire, just five minutes drive from Prestwick Airport, with easy access to Glasgow via the A77 and excellent train links from Troon. Highgrove has nine comfortable bedrooms and is minutes away from championship golf courses, including Royal Troon Championship Golf Course and Old Prestwick Golf Course, the home of the first ever ‘Open Championship’. Particularly popular with golfers from home and abroad, wishing to enjoy some of the finest golfing Links courses that Scotland and Ayrshire have to offer.
The installation of a stunning, architectural glass terrace structure on the raised patio area at Highgrove is the perfect, bespoke addition to the original building. It adds space, light, and wow factor and creates a fluid integration between the restaurant, private dining area and bar. With the addition of the modern glass room, we have created an area of seventy more seats ( along with the present 120 in our main restaurant) and maximised the spectacular, panoramic coastal views, flooding the restaurant with light.
This stylish, contemporary construction has three glass walls and a solid roof to benefit our discerning guests whilst they dine! The glorious sunsets viewed from Highgrove are inspirational and compliment the variety of freshly prepared , high quality dishes , full of flavour and flair, for which we are renowned !
