RECEPTIONIST
Part Time (16-24Hrs)
Highgrove House Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional and welcoming Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
The Role
As our front of house Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:
• Welcoming and checking in guests to our venue
• Handling check-outs and guest enquiries
• Taking reservations and managing bookings
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Providing helpful information to guests
• Supporting the wider hotel team to ensure a great guest experience
We’re Looking For:
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional and positive attitude
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends

HOUSEKEEPING
Part Time (16 Hours)
If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces for guests, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
As our Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for:
• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Cleaning bathrooms and public areas
• Changing bed linen and replenishing guest amenities
• Ensuring rooms are presented beautifully and ready for guests
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items
• Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Helping to provide a clean, comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest
We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals
• High attention to detail
• Pride in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and willing to work weekends when required
